Jami Liverman is a trained and certified chef and pastry chef having studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. While in New York, he worked at various restaurants, including Union Square Cafe and The Harrison. After furthering his skills he returned to his hometown of Montreal, where he became the head pastry chef at local hot-spot, Olive et Gourmando.
All of his experience and passion led Jami to branch out on his own and offer wholesale distribution to independent cafes and restaurants in Montreal!
